At Soar, he drives the development of people-related strategic initiatives, data systems, and processes to achieve operational excellence. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Before Soar, Tim was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in talent strategy and organizational growth for healthcare organizations.
