    Meet the team

    Mia Eisenfeld

    Center Operations Director

    Mia serves as the Center Operations Director at Soar’s Lakewood center, having multiple years of experience with Soar as a Senior Lead RBT and Market Operations Specialist. With a background in youth advocacy within the foster care system, Mia is deeply passionate about supporting children’s development and is committed to giving back to her community. Mia holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Bates College in Maine. Outside of work, Mia enjoys skiing and biking in the mountains. She is known for her positivity, compassion, and dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of the families and teams she serves.

    Abigail Trotz

    Partner Clinician

    Abby has been working with children with autism for 10 years. She received her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University and earned her Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Certification in February 2025. Abby is passionate about the science of applied behavior analysis and how it applies to all aspects of life, not just individuals with autism. She helps train and supervise clinicians at two of Soar’s centers and helps support our integrated care model.

    At Soar, all the evidence-based specialties for autism care are under one roof, including occupational therapy. This video demonstrates how we incorporate OT into our whole-child care model of autism care.

    Soar’s approach to autism therapy is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) a unique, play-based approach that evidence shows to be the most effective and compassionate model for young children with autism.
