Families can park in either of the middle aisles marked as Visitor Parking on the South side of the building. For overflow parking, we also have spots 7, 8, 12 and 13 reserved for Soar staff and families.

Meet the team

Patrick McCloskey
Patrick McCloskey

Center Operations Director

Patrick is the Center Operations Manager at Parker, having joined Soar in May 2025. He brings over 14 years of experience in client-facing roles and is excited to support all families, clients, and staff with any operational questions they may have. Originally from Wilmington, DE, Patrick has lived in various cities including Philadelphia, New York, Miami, and Seattle. He made Denver his home in 2021. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys hiking, listening to music, skiing, and hanging with his four dogs Ned, Gerald, Reggie, and Ruckus.
Madison Cruse

Partner Clinician

Madi has nearly a decade of experience working with children with autism and brings both expertise and compassion to her work. She earned her undergraduate degree from Western State Colorado University and her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. Madi is passionate about ABA and believes its principles extend far beyond autism, influencing everyday life in meaningful ways. Madi is currently pursuing her Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) certification and is excited to continue her knowledge in the model to best support her Clinicians and families.

Suzy Stolwyk

Center of Operations Director
Suzy is a former elementary educator who has always loved working with students with ASD and their families. Suzy has been with Soar since July 2023, and is currently the Center Operations Director at the Capitol Hill clinic. She was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and loves spending time outdoors and in her neighborhood with friends and family.
