Meet the team

Jess Sirovatka

Center Operations Director

Jess comes to the Center Operation Director Role at Central Park with 19 years experience in operations and people management. She has experience managing large crews and customer bases across theater chains and children's swim schools, honoring all stakeholders in the process. Finding a real passion in People Management she attended Regis University and earned her Master's Degree in Human Resources Management. After spending five years opening and operating a local swim school franchise, she found a love for teaching children important life skills. She joined Soar to continue pursuing her interests in not only people management but also providing safe, nurturing environments for children, family and staff to grow and learn. Outside of work she is an avid hiker, reader and fiber artist.

Jacquelin-Lalor

Jacquelin Lalor, MBA, MSN, RN

Center of Operations Director
Jacquelin is a former school nurse consultant and now the Center Operations Director at Quebec St., dedicated to partnering with caregivers and clinicians to support children’s growth. She is originally from Michigan, where she earned her BSN, and then moved to North Carolina to pursue her MSN. After successfully shepherding an independent school through in-person learning during COVID, Jacquelin moved to Denver to be closer to family and most recently completed an MBA at DU. Passionate about health in the broadest sense, she is dedicated to fostering collaboration and creating systems to facilitate growth for staff, children, and caregivers. Jacquelin is an avid runner, loves to read, and can be found singing with The Colorado Choir in her spare time.
