Courtney Hunt, MBA

Center Operations Director

Courtney brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to her role as Center Operations Director at East Mesa. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Science and a Masters in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, combining a deep understanding of patient-centered care with a strong operations foundation rooted in servant leadership principles. She is passionate about creating structured, supportive environments where clinicians can focus on delivering life-changing services and where families feel seen, valued, and confident in the care they receive. She believes operational excellence is most meaningful when it creates a seamless experience for every child and family. Outside of work, Courtney can be found traveling and exploring new places, in the kitchen cooking and creating meals to share with family and friends, or outside with her two dogs.

Brittany Norris M.S., BCBA, LBA

Partner Clinician

Brittany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Certified Therapist. She has been working with children with Autism and other related disorders since 2019 and providing services in various settings such as in-home, school support and clinic based. Brittany has a Master of Science degree in Child Development from San Diego State University, an ABA Graduate Certificate from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University. Brittany has a passion for helping children build communication, social connection and confidence during their earliest years.
