Meet the team

Alexandra Teeples

Center Operations Director

Alex serves as the Center Operations Director at Northglenn, where she proudly opened the center in April 2026. Since joining Soar in June 2024, she has quickly become a trusted operational leader known for delivering results and empowering high-performing teams. She began her journey at Soar as a Registered Behavior Therapist at the Arvada center and quickly grew into the role of Market Operations Specialist. In this role, Alex partnered with leaders across the Colorado market to strengthen operations, step into key leadership gaps, and execute high-impact projects that supported growth and consistency across centers. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Colorado Boulder and brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership. She is deeply committed to building strong teams, developing others, and delivering high-quality care that makes a lasting difference in the communities Soar serves. Outside of work, Alex enjoys golfing, running, skiing, crocheting, and spending time with her two cats.
Michaela Harris, MA, BCBA

Michaela Harris, MA, BCBA

Partner Clinician

Michaela is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working with children with autism and related disorders for over 8 years. She has worked in several different settings including multidisciplinary clinics and facility schools. Michaela is passionate about providing high quality care to the children she serves with a strong emphasis on learning through fun. Michaela received her Early Start Denver Model Certification in January of 2024. Michaela received her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2018. When she is not at Soar, Michaela enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
