We recommend parking on the south side of the building, and coming up the exterior stairs to reach our front entry. There are two designated parking spots at this location, as well as a full lot that is open parking. Entering through the building’s lobby will take you to our back door!

Meet the team

Amanda Endicott

Center Operations Director

Amanda Endicott joined Soar in September 2023 and has held previous leadership and clinical roles, including Registered Behavior Therapist and Assistant Operations Manager at Soar's Westminster location. She transitioned into her current role as Center Operations Director in early 2025. Originally from Wisconsin, Amanda has loved making Colorado home in recent years. Amanda brings several years of dedicated experience working with children of all ages, along with an educational background in Psychology and Spanish. She is a passionate advocate for accessible, high quality autism care and is committed to serving families from diverse backgrounds with compassion, respect, and inclusivity. Amanda strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every family feels valued, the clinic community can thrive, and every child has access to the care and opportunities they deserve. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys painting, crafting, running, reading, attending live music events, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Samantha Smalley

Partner Clinician

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Samantha "Sam" Smalley brings nearly ten years of experience supporting individuals spanning ages 2 to 70. Her graduate research concentrated on assisting individuals facing complex placement challenges caused by severe behavioral needs. Additionally, Sam has led Acceptance and Commitment Therapy groups for young adults and contributed to published research within the field. Since moving to Colorado in 2017, Sam has delivered behavioral services in diverse clinical and community settings, specializing in center-based ABA therapy for young children. Drawing from extensive leadership background, she is thrilled to serve as Partner Clinician for Soar, overseeing clinical services for both the Westminster and Standley Lake locations. Sam became an ESDM Certified Clinician in January of 2026 and is honored to join the ranks of other talented therapists at Soar. Beyond her clinical work, Sam serves as Co-Chair of the Newsletter Committee for the Colorado Association of Behavior Analysis. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her partner and dogs, watching Star Wars, and engaging in creative activities like dance, candle making, and Cricut crafting. During the summer, she devotes her spare time to gardening, growing eggplants, tomatoes, and fresh herbs.
