Soar parent parking is available in the rear of our building and designated with yellow curbs and signs for ‘Temporary Soar Parent drop off/pick up” zones. There is also short term parking available in the row closest to the rear entrance. We are on the second floor, to the left as you exit the elevators.

    Meet the team

    Jen Norton

    Center Operations Director

    Jen is a dedicated operations leader with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the autism community. As a Center Operations Director at SOAR, she is committed to creating a supportive and welcoming environment for families, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need. Originally from Arizona, she brings a background in art, education, and advocacy for children with disabilities, asylum seeking families, and underserved communities in Hawaii, San Diego and Arizona. Outside of work, she loves playing tennis, practicing yoga, and exploring thrift stores for vintage treasures.

    Anna Ta

    Partner Clinician

    Anna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Certified Therapist who has been working with children with Autism and other related disorders since 2018. She has a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and a background in Child Development. Anna has worked in a variety of settings including center-based, school-based, and in-home services, specializing in working with toddlers and school-age children. She is passionate about naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions and values supporting clinicians in developing programming that is individualized and scaffolded to ensure that children are optimally learning.

    At Soar, all the evidence-based specialties for autism care are under one roof, including occupational therapy. This video demonstrates how we incorporate OT into our whole-child care model of autism care.
    This video explores Soar’s approach to whole-child autism care. We work with children to build on their strength and target support to enable children with autism to reach their full potential and live fulfilled and self-determined lives.
    Soar’s approach to autism therapy is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) a unique, play-based approach that evidence shows to be the most effective and compassionate model for young children with autism.
