Getting there

Look for the tall, tan Citadel Terrace office building off North Academy Blvd. You can find the building by turning off Academy Boulevard onto Citadel Drive East and following it toward the mall. Park in the large open lot in front of the building, which offers plenty of free spaces. The main entrance is the set of double glass doors located right in the center of the building under the main sign. Soar’s entrance is the first door on your right when you walk in.

Meet the team

Amanda Lazar

Center Operations Director

With over two decades of experience in education and leadership, Amanda is a dedicated and compassionate leader who loves helping children grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. She finds great joy in building genuine connections—with the families she serves and the team she leads—and creating a supportive, joyful environment for all. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in History and is a certified Early Childhood Educator. When she’s not at the center, Amanda enjoys travelling and exploring Colorado’s great outdoors—camping, hiking, or skiing—and spending time with her children and dogs.

Taylor Talbot, MA, BCBA

Partner Clinician

Taylor has been in the ABA field since 2017. She began her career as an RBT while completing her bachelor’s in Psychology. She went on to earn here master’s in ABA and received her BCBA certificate in 2021. Over the years, she has gained experience in working with children ages 2-18 in clinic and home settings. One of Taylor’s favorite parts of this work is building meaningful relationships with families and seeing the incredible growth and progress children make as they work towards more independency. When Taylor is not working, she loves hiking, reading, skiing, camping, traveling, and spending time with my golden retriever.
