Getting there

This location can be tricky to find for first-time visitors.

From Warner Rd, you will turn on to Harl Ave. Follow Harl until you see a sign labeled “Agave Corporate Center” and turn into the parking lot on your left.

Proceed around the right-hand side of the building towards the south. Continue around the building until you reach a small parking lot on the south side of the building where you should park. Our center is located on the south side of the building.

Meet the team

Mona Brannon

Center Operations Director

Mona is the Center Operations Director at South Tempe. Originally from Tucson, Mona has called Arizona home for almost her entire life. Her background is in early childhood education with a deep commitment to individualized care for children, supporting families with the complexity of raising young humans, and building engaging workplaces for staff. Outside of work, Mona can be found sewing and spending time with her husband, young son, and dog.

Karla Matheu Sosa

Partner Clinician

"With two decades of dedicated experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Karla brings a wealth of clinical expertise and a compassionate, holistic approach to behavioral autism interventions. Beginning her career as a behavior technician in 2006, she has since navigated every facet of the field—from direct intervention to leadership oversight. Karla holds BCBA and IBA certifications along with state licensure, but her clinical heart lies in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). As a certified ESDM therapist, Karla integrates the ESDM with traditional ABA methodologies to focus on a play and strengths-based, naturalistic approach that prioritizes social engagement and developmental milestones across all domains. Having worked in home, school, community, and center-based settings; Karla is uniquely equipped to support families and help improve their quality of life. Currently, Karla is finalizing her Ph.D. in ABA, focusing her dissertation on advancing the field she has served for 20 years."
