Matt oversees Soar’s central operations—including IT, scheduling, revenue cycle, and procurement—building the systems that let clinicians focus on transforming children’s lives.
An engineer by training, he began optimizing manufacturing at United Technologies after earning a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Delaware. He later earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and became a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, where he helped healthcare, retail, and public‑sector clients tackle complex digital and operational challenges.
Drawn by Soar’s mission to expand access to high‑quality autism therapy, Matt now channels his passion for data‑driven problem‑solving into scaling Soar’s multisite platform and delivering better outcomes for families.
