Mackenzie Flanagan joined Soar as the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer in January 2026. As Chief of Staff, Mackenzie supports the execution of People Team operations and leads initiatives to optimize People Team processes and tools. Before joining Soar, Mackenzie worked across people and organization, operations, and social impact topics in healthcare as a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group. Mackenzie holds a degree in Bioengineering from Rice University.
