Jana Persky is the VP of Learning & Development at Soar, a role she moved into in October 2025 after previously working as Soar’s Chief of Staff to the CEO. Jana has previous leadership experience spanning the public, private, and non-profit sectors for organizations like McKinsey & Co, the State of Colorado and CareerWise USA. She holds a degree in Public Policy from Stanford University. Outside of work, Jana enjoys playing soccer, spending time with her husband and puppy, and exploring Colorado’s great outdoors
