Questions about RBT jobs at Soar

Do I need an RBT certification to apply?

No. You don't need to finish our free training or hold an RBT certification to apply. Soar trains every new Behavior Technician (RBT) in person.

Do I need to take the free RBT training first?

No. It is helpful, but not required to apply at Soar. The free 40-hour training is designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification.

What does a Behavior Technician do at Soar?

Behavior Technicians help children with autism learn, communicate, and grow through play. Our care is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Can one application cover more than one center?

Yes. For RBT, BCBA, OT, and SLP roles, one application lets you be considered at every Soar center in your metro area.
