Ecaterina is a former state educational director and now the Center Operations Director at South Mountain, dedicated to leading a passionate team in helping children achieve their goals. Originally from Downey, CA, she moved to Arizona and attended Grand Canyon University where she earned her master’s degree in elementary education. With a strong belief in the power of teamwork and personalized care, she strives to create a supportive environment where both staff and children can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. Outside of work, Ecaterina can be found having fun with her family, traveling, and baking or painting in her spare time.
