As the Center Operations Director at the Arvada Center, Megan is passionate about fostering a supportive and efficient environment for both clients and staff. Megan has built her career at Soar since May 2024, starting as an RBT at the Westminster clinic before expanding her reach as a Market Operations Specialist across all Colorado centers, and finally stepping into her current leadership position. Originally from Minnesota, she moved to Colorado in 2021. Outside of work, you can find Megan relaxing with a good book, enjoying her favorite TV shows, or venturing out to try new specialty lattes and matcha from local coffee spots.
