Amanda Endicott joined Soar in September 2023 and has held previous leadership and clinical roles, including Registered Behavior Therapist and Assistant Operations Manager at Soar’s Westminster location. She transitioned into her current role as Center Operations Director in early 2025. Originally from Wisconsin, Amanda has loved making Colorado home in recent years. Amanda brings several years of dedicated experience working with children of all ages, along with an educational background in Psychology and Spanish. She is a passionate advocate for accessible, high quality autism care and is committed to serving families from diverse backgrounds with compassion, respect, and inclusivity. Amanda strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every family feels valued, the clinic community can thrive, and every child has access to the care and opportunities they deserve. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys painting, crafting, running, reading, attending live music events, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
