Jess comes to the Center Operation Director Role at Central Park with 19 years experience in operations and people management. She has experience managing large crews and customer bases across theater chains and children’s swim schools, honoring all stakeholders in the process. Finding a real passion in People Management she attended Regis University and earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. After spending five years opening and operating a local swim school franchise, she found a love for teaching children important life skills. She joined Soar to continue pursuing her interests in not only people management but also providing safe, nurturing environments for children, family and staff to grow and learn. Outside of work she is an avid hiker, reader and fiber artist.
