Maddi began her career in ABA in 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Theatre for Youth at the College of Charleston and her Master of Education in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at Pennsylvania State University. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2022. She is currently working towards her ESDM certification.
Maddi is drawn to ABA and ESDM because it is a creative science that requires thoughtful problem-solving and evaluation of small interventions that lead to impactful outcomes for clients and their families. She is excited to bring SOAR’s naturalistic, play-based approach and high quality of care to a new community in Maryland. In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, supporting live theatre, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
