Kyle Kissinger is the Center Director at the Standley Lake Soar Autism Center. He brings over seven years of experience in the mental health field, including five years specializing in supporting children with autism. Prior to joining Soar, Kyle served as the Director of in-treatment foster care homes for children with autism, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and compassionate care.
Kyle began his journey at Soar as a Registered Behavior Technician at the Arvada Center. He later advanced into operational leadership as a Market Operations Specialist, eventually serving as a Multi-Region Market Operations Specialist supporting centers across both Colorado and Arizona. Through these roles, Kyle supported teams, streamlined operations, and helped drive consistency and quality of care across multiple regions.
As Center Director at Standley Lake, Kyle is passionate about building strong teams, supporting families, and ensuring children receive high-quality, individualized care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys staying active and outdoors through disc golf, camping, hiking, and snowboarding. He is also a licensed skydiver and is always looking for his next adventure.
