With a background in behavioral health, care integration, and customer service, Kelsey is leading the Aurora location as the Center Operations Director. Kelsey attended Texas Tech University for her degree in Biology and Texas Tech Health Sciences Center for her Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Kelsey is passionate about fostering a positive, solution-focused environment and truly believes in leading with kindness and integrity, both in supporting clients and their families and in working alongside the staff at Soar. When Kelsey is not at work, she can be found outside with her dog, trying new foods, or getting involved in community organizations.
