Grace is a former Registered Behavior Technician who worked her way up through operations, driven by a deep passion for watching children progress and believing that small daily wins add up to life-changing differences. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she attended Grand Canyon University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Science. With a background as an elite rhythmic gymnast, she brings dedication and focus to everything she does. Outside of work, Grace loves all things France and French culture, having lived there to study the language, and can often be found speaking French, traveling, or seeking out her next adventure.
