Cindee is a former school principal and now the Center Operations Director at Soar’s Briargate center. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and brings extensive experience in education, team development, and creating environments where people feel supported and inspired to grow. Cindee is passionate about building a strong, collaborative team that provides exceptional care and helps every child reach their fullest potential. She believes that high expectations, a sense of belonging, and a little fun can bring out the best in both children and adults. Outside of work, Cindee enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and finding creative projects to take on.
