Allison was one of the first team members at Soar Autism Center, beginning her Soar journey in direct care with clients, then moving into operations management, and now leading our Admissions team . With a deep understanding of both client care and organizational systems, she is passionate about ensuring families have a seamless and supportive experience from the very first call. Allison is currently pursuing her Master’s in Healthcare Administration to continue strengthening her impact in the field.
