Heidi Lyons

Center Operations Director

Heidi Lyons is the Center Operations Director at Soar Gilbert, with over 11 years of experience in healthcare administration. She holds a Doctorate in Public Health and has led multidisciplinary healthcare teams across a range of settings, including pharmaceutical quality assurance, community health, pediatric care, and public health with the Maricopa County Public Health Department. Heidi is passionate about building high-quality, values-driven care teams and ensuring Soar’s core values, high expectations, trust, continuous improvement, belonging, collaboration, and fun are reflected in daily practice. Outside of work Heidi enjoys crocheting, home improvement projects, and spending time with her wife and two kiddos.
