Leslie is a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) fluent in English and Spanish, with Spanish as her native language. Originally from Mexico, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from ITESO (Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente) and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. She has been a BCBA since 2018 and has experience supporting children across a wide range of ages and developmental stages.
Leslie is passionate about early intervention and dedicated to providing culturally responsive, family-centered care that celebrates each child’s unique strengths. At Soar Autism Center, she strives to ensure that all families feel respected, included, and empowered throughout their care journey. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures, which continues to inspire her inclusive approach to clinical practice.
