Mike brings to Soar nearly 15 years of healthcare finance experience, having formerly served as a Managing Director at a healthcare venture capital fund, Head of Corporate Development and Corporate Treasurer at a publicly traded healthcare services company, and an investment banker advising healthcare companies on capital markets and M&A related endeavors. Mike graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in Economics and Finance and oversees Soar’s finance and accounting functions.
