Michael is the Market Operations Director for the CO North Region, where he focuses on supporting families and leading teams with empathy and clarity. A people-centric, hands-on leader, he is committed to creating environments where staff feel empowered and families feel truly supported.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from Texas Christian University and brings a blend of analytical thinking and compassionate leadership to his work.
Outside of Soar, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter – reading together, going on walks, enjoying good coffee, and serving in their church and community.
