Kim is a licensed occupational therapist passionate about learning through play and supporting families to ensure safe participation in daily living activities. Since joining Soar in 2023, she has served as a full-time clinician, the first assistant director of occupational therapy, and now as the director of occupational therapy. In her current role, Kim focuses on new clinician training and fosters continued clinical development for the occupational therapy department.
