Kendra has been a part of the Soar team since 2022, where she started as a BCBA before moving into her current role as Director of Challenging Behavior Support. Kendra has been in the field of ABA for 10 years, first as a special educator and more recently as a BCBA. She received her Master’s Degree in Education with an Autism Specialization from Simmons University in 2019. She has worked in school, residential, community, and clinical settings and is passionate about providing high quality, assent-based care to all learners. She received her Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Certification in December 2025. When Kendra is not at Soar, she enjoys traveling with her husband, hiking with her two rescue pups, skiing, and rock climbing.
