Emily Reid serves Soar as a Market Operations Director, where she is deeply committed to fostering thriving environments for children, families, and teams. With a passion for mission-driven work, Emily brings a values-based approach to operational leadership, grounded in compassion and equity. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Human Development & Family Relations from the University of Colorado, as well as a Master’s in Developmental Psychology with an additional emphasis in child and adolescent learning and cognition. Emily has extensive experience in operations, program development, leadership training, curriculum and environmental design, and family engagement. She lives just north of Denver with her husband and two young daughters, and enjoys gardening, reading, and exploring the beauty of Colorado.
