Chris has nearly two decades of experience in multi-site healthcare operations leadership. He began his career as a financial analyst, and after transitioning into operations roles, discovered a passion for leadership and team development. Prior to joining Soar, Chris held progressively responsible leadership positions at a leading healthcare provider organization, initially supporting six centers and advancing to oversee 330 centers across seven western states. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and currently serves as a member of the Industrial Development Authority for the Town of Gilbert, Arizona. In his role at Soar, Chris supports center operations in both Colorado and Arizona.
