Caitlin has almost ten years of experience working with children with autism and related disorders. She has worked in a variety of settings including supporting children in school settings as a special education teacher, delivering ABA services in home as an RBT and BCBA, and recently shifting into her current role at Soar. Caitlin is passionate about delivering high quality care to all children and supporting families with a collaborative and compassionate approach.
