We recommend parking on the south side of the building, and coming up the exterior stairs to reach our front entry. There are two designated parking spots at this location, as well as a full lot that is open parking. Entering through the building’s lobby will take you to our back door!

Meet the team

Amanda Endicott

Center Operations Director

Amanda has grown from an RBT, to an Assistant Operations Manager, to the Center Operations Director for our Westminster lovation! She has several years of experience working with children of all ages, and an educational background in Psychology and Spanish. She is here to help with any administrative questions and to support families, clients, and staff alike with any needs that arise. She is originally from Wisconsin, but has been loving Colorado since moving out here in 2023. Outside of work she loves painting, reading, and being outside whenever possible!

Samantha Smalley, MS BCBA

Partner Clinician

Samantha “Sam” Smalley, a board certified behavior analyst, brings nearly a decade of experience working with a diverse age range, from 2 to 70. Her graduate studies focused on supporting individuals facing placement challenges due to significant behavioral issues. Sam’s expertise includes leading Acceptance and Commitment Therapy groups for young adults, contributing to published research in the field. Since relocating to Colorado in 2017, she has provided behavioral services across various settings, specializing in ABA therapy for young children in a center environment. She served as the Director of Behavioral Services for three years at another local company and is now excited to be the Partner Clinician for Soar, supporting both Westminster and Standley Lake. Outside of her professional life, Sam co-chairs the Newsletter Committee for the Colorado Association of Behavior Analysis. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, indulging in Star Wars, and exploring creative hobbies like candle making and Cricut projects. During the summer months, her passion turns to gardening, cultivating tomatoes, eggplants, and herbs.

Soar’s approach to autism therapy is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) a unique, play-based approach that evidence shows to be the most effective and compassionate model for young children with autism.
