Andre Rodriquez

Center Operations Director

Andre Rodriquez joined Soar as Center Operations Director in May 2025, bringing nearly six years of experience in the field. He began his career as a Behavior Technician and has since developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals and teams in therapeutic and operational settings. Andre is passionate about fostering a sense of community, collaboration, and care within the center—all guided by the shared mission of making a positive impact in the lives of others. Outside of work, Andre enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially his son, and can often be found exploring local museums and zoos.

Kaley Salazar, MA, BCBA

Partner Clinician

Kaley has been working with children with autism since 2016 and has been a BCBA for six years. She has gained valuable experience across center-based, in-home, and community settings, primarily supporting children ages 2 to 8. Kaley is passionate about empowering children and their families to reach their fullest potential. She currently serves as a BCBA and Clinical Trainer at the Centennial center. Certified in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Kaley is dedicated to coaching others in implementing the model with fidelity. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dog and partner hiking and exploring Colorado!
