Every child at Centennial's Soar Autism Center is assigned to a small group of peers to engage with during circle time and art. We are lucky to have an outdoor playground where our kiddos can enjoy time in the sun - weather permitting of course!

    Meet the team

    Jordyn Swanson

    Center Operations Director

    Jordyn Swanson began her role as Center Operations Director for Soar Autism Center in December 2024. With over eight years of experience in behavioral health working with adults and children in the treatment of eating disorders and mood disorders, Jordyn has a deep passion for improving lives and providing families with the support they need to foster positive growth and development. Jordyn was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, and moved to Colorado in 2014 to pursue her Masters degree in Sport & Performance Psychology from University of Denver. Outside of work, Jordyn enjoys camping with her husband and two kids, and participating in farmers markets for their family seasoning business.

    Kaley Salazar

    Partner Clinician

    Kaley has been working with children with autism since 2016 and has been a BCBA for six years. She has gained valuable experience across center-based, in-home, and community settings, primarily supporting children ages 2 to 8. Kaley is passionate about empowering children and their families to reach their fullest potential. She currently serves as a BCBA and Clinical Trainer at the Centennial center. Certified in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Kaley is dedicated to coaching others in implementing the model with fidelity. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dog and partner hiking and exploring Colorado!

    At Soar, all the evidence-based specialties for autism care are under one roof, including occupational therapy. This video demonstrates how we incorporate OT into our whole-child care model of autism care.
    This video explores Soar’s approach to whole-child autism care. We work with children to build on their strength and target support to enable children with autism to reach their full potential and live fulfilled and self-determined lives.
    Soar’s approach to autism therapy is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) a unique, play-based approach that evidence shows to be the most effective and compassionate model for young children with autism.
