Drew Harms

Center Operations Director

Drew is the Center Operations Director at Quebec Soar, bringing over 15 years of experience in health administration across multiple states (CO, HI, OH, KS). He has strived for a strategic and people-centered leadership style, high operational standards, and organizational efficiency, while working as a team for a strong effort to standardize patient care in our ABA field, which is our #1 goal. His professional background is Child Development, Primary Care, Vein & Vascular & Podiatry fields. With an understanding of healthcare systems and a passion for team development, Drew hopes to provide a clear focus on delivering high-quality services and fostering collaborative environments. Outside of work, Drew enjoys activities that engage both body and mind, always striving for balance and growth. I love to ski, surf, (vacation), reading/Podcasts, Yoga, and play volleyball in his free time. He’s excited to help us all SOAR together with our community!

Soar’s approach to autism therapy is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) a unique, play-based approach that evidence shows to be the most effective and compassionate model for young children with autism.
