Mona is the Center Operations Director at South Tempe. Originally from Tucson, Mona has called Arizona home for almost her entire life. Her background is in early childhood education with a deep commitment to individualized care for children, supporting families with the complexity of raising young humans, and building engaging workplaces for staff. Outside of work, Mona can be found sewing and spending time with her husband, young son, and dog.
