Getting there

Look for the office building at 16155 N 83rd Ave, part of the Peoria Center at Arrowhead complex just south of Peoria Sports Complex at the intersection of 83rd Avenue and Paradise Lane/Mariners Way in Peoria, AZ. The building sits on the east side of 83rd Avenue with parking wrapping around the front and side. The main entrance is on the side facing the parking lot. Once you have entered the building, go up the stairs (or take the elevator!) to the second floor. Soar’s suite is directly over the main entrance of the building.

Christina Vinculado, M.Ed

Center Operations Director

Christina is a Center Operations Director who specializes in driving operational excellence through the creation of supportive, high-trust environments. With a Master’s in Education and 12 years of experience in Early Childhood Education—including six years in leadership—she ensures every operational decision serves the ultimate goal of fostering a thriving community for both staff and families.

Haley Toner, M. Ed, BCBA, LBA

Partner Clinician

Haley has 8 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum. She has worked with children diagnosed with autism across various settings including home, clinic, school and the community. Haley started her career in the field of ABA as a BT and has held many roles since. She holds a Level 1 certification in Pivotal Response Training from the Koegel Institute at Stanford University. She earned her Master’s degree of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an Emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Arizona State University.
