Our entrance is on the south side of the building. Families can park in any uncovered spot and ring the doorbell upon arrival, as the front door remains locked. If you need assistance, you can feel free to call us at (623) 257-8349. We look forward to welcoming you!

    Emily Lockman

    Center Operations Director

    Emily Lockman is the Center Operations Director at Soar North Scottsdale, bringing over 11 years of experience in special education. With a Master’s degree in Special Education, Emily has served as both a special education teacher and director, dedicated to creating inclusive environments where children and families feel supported. She is passionate about providing high-quality care, resources, and advocacy to help every child soar. Outside of work, Emily enjoys exploring new fun restaurants, being outside, and spending time with friends, family, and her two cute cats.

    Anna Ta

    Partner Clinician

    Anna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Certified Therapist who has been working with children with Autism and other related disorders since 2018. She has a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and a background in Child Development. Anna has worked in a variety of settings including center-based, school-based, and in-home services, specializing in working with toddlers and school-age children. She is passionate about naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions and values supporting clinicians in developing programming that is individualized and scaffolded to ensure that children are optimally learning.

    At Soar, all the evidence-based specialties for autism care are under one roof, including occupational therapy. This video demonstrates how we incorporate OT into our whole-child care model of autism care.
    This video explores Soar’s approach to whole-child autism care. We work with children to build on their strength and target support to enable children with autism to reach their full potential and live fulfilled and self-determined lives.
    Soar’s approach to autism therapy is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) a unique, play-based approach that evidence shows to be the most effective and compassionate model for young children with autism.
