Cavelle McGrath

Center Operations Director

Dr. Cavelle McGrath is the Center Operations Director at Soar Autism Center. She brings nearly a decade of leadership experience in education, counseling, and operations, with a passion for creating supportive environments where children, families, and teams can thrive. Prior to joining Soar, Dr. McGrath served as both a School Counselor and Dean of Students, leading initiatives focused on student success, family engagement, and organizational excellence. She earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Austin Peay State University, where her research focused on trauma-informed practices in schools. Dr. McGrath is committed to fostering a culture of compassion, collaboration, and operational excellence, ensuring every family receives exceptional care and support throughout their journey with Soar.
