Look for the Glendale Corporate Center office complex near Loop 101 and the State Farm Stadium area; you’re going specifically to 5281 N 99th Ave (Building B). After you turn onto N 99th Ave, the building is on the east side of N 99th Ave. Once turning into the parking lot, head to the southwest-most building in the complex (the one addressed 5281). The entrance is on the East side of the building. Soar’s suite is on the first floor.

Shylar Spivey

Center Operations Director

Shylar began her journey as an RBT and continued to grow into an operational leadership role. She is currently a student at Arizona State University, pursuing a degree in healthcare management, and is passionate about supporting teams that make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Born and raised in Arizona, Shylar has lived in the state her entire life and brings a deep understanding of the community she serves. With a strong appreciation for collaboration, growth, and thoughtful care, she is dedicated to fostering an environment where staff feel supported and children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Haley Toner, M. Ed, BCBA, LBA

Partner Clinician

Haley has 8 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum. She has worked with children diagnosed with autism across various settings including home, clinic, school and the community. Haley started her career in the field of ABA as a BT and has held many roles since. She holds a Level 1 certification in Pivotal Response Training from the Koegel Institute at Stanford University. She earned her Master’s degree of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an Emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Arizona State University.
