Getting there

At the Aurora center, we have a separate entrance for our staff and families along the east side of the building, designated by our “Soar Autism Center” signage. Soar visitors can park directly across from this entrance in between the “Soar Autism Drop Off” signs, reserved for our clients. For overflow parking, there is a large parking lot available behind the building or additional visitors spots at the main entrance of the building.

    Meet the team

    Regan Cilek

    Center Operations Director

    Regan is a former physical therapist and now the Center Operations Director at Aurora, dedicated to leading a passionate team in helping children achieve their goals. Originally from Austin, TX, she moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where she earned her doctorate degree. With a strong belief in the power of teamwork and personalized care, she strives to create a supportive environment where both staff and children can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. Outside of work, Regan can be found having fun somewhere in the mountains, making art in her studio space, or relaxing with a good book at home.

    Hannah Finkelstein

    Partner Clinician

    Hannah has been working in the field of Autism since 2016 and has been a BCBA since 2019. She received her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis at Bay Path University. She has experience working with children ages 1-18 in both home-based and center-based settings. She is a Partner Clinician at the Aurora and Centennial clinics and is working towards ESDM Certification. In her free time she enjoys being outside and crafting.

    At Soar, all the evidence-based specialties for autism care are under one roof, including occupational therapy. This video demonstrates how we incorporate OT into our whole-child care model of autism care.
    This video explores Soar’s approach to whole-child autism care. We work with children to build on their strength and target support to enable children with autism to reach their full potential and live fulfilled and self-determined lives.
    Soar’s approach to autism therapy is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) a unique, play-based approach that evidence shows to be the most effective and compassionate model for young children with autism.
