About Soar Autism Center

Soar Autism Center is an innovative healthcare provider at the frontlines of the autism market, one of the largest growth markets in healthcare services today. We are building a network of clinics where autistic children and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. Our first clinic opened in March 2021 in Denver, CO, and we have since grown to 4 clinics in the Denver Metro Area, with plans to add 3 more clinics in the next 6 months and additional clinics in future years. This position is located on-site in Denver.

The Role:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing People team at Soar Autism Center. The HRBP will focus on supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that HR processes are followed, meeting with employees to troubleshoot issues, and working closely with other People Team professionals to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Facilitate employee relations by meeting with employees to address concerns, providing guidance and support, and promoting a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
  • Manage and implement all Employee Benefits and work closely to help determine benefits changes, alongside other members of the leadership team
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding processes and procedures, ensuring everyone is set-up correctly in our HRIS and payroll and all new hire paperwork is completed and executed on
  • Support the execution of employee change management initiatives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of talent management and performance management processes
  • Act as a resource for employees and management on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational activities
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations
  • Passion for serving children with ASD and their families
