Raising the bar for evidence-based, compassionate autism therapy
Our mission to reinvent autism therapy starts with excellent, evidence-based, ESDM-based clinical practice–brought to life by our team of SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs every day.
One team, total autism care
Our multidisciplinary team approach allows clinicians to grow and develop their own ESDM clinical practice while simultaneously contributing to a broader team focused on the care of their shared clients.
BCBA
Build learning programs and coach RBTs to be excellent ESDM practitioners.
SLP
Conduct direct client sessions focused on communication and speech using ESDM.
OT
Facilitate hands-on client sessions focused on sensory and motor skills using ESDM.
Client-focused care in an integrated, clinic-based setting
Clinicians’ days at Soar are dynamic, fast-paced, and fun. Each discipline spends time engaging directly with clients, coaching team members, and collaborating together.
ESDM coaching and development
Directly supervise and coach RBTs to improve their ESDM practice and support their clients. BCBAs have caseloads of no more than 8 clients, allowing for meaningful supervision and engagement.
ESDM program writing
Improve and develop meaningful learning targets for your clients with clear teaching directions so your RBTs can successfully implement and track data against those learning goals.
Multidisciplinary collaboration
Engage with and collaborate with other professionals every day—whether it’s a quick consult in the hall or participating in a multidisciplinary assessment with other providers to help shape a child’s learning plan.
Family and caregiver support
Serve as the quarterback for a client’s care team, meeting regularly with families and caregivers to discuss client progress, solve challenges, and help carry over their learning to home.
