Karen is delighted to be a part of the Soar Mesa center as the Center Operations Director. She came into the position with over 10 years of operational leadership experience, 5 of which were within the fields of childhood education and pediatric behavioral health. As a strengths-based leader, she has always believed that every individual within an organization, whether staff or client, brings with them unique talents and positive value. She strives to help others unlock their full potential through the continued development of these attributes. When not at work, Karen can be found playing the oboe in ensembles across the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Above all else, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their young son, and their dog.
