Practice leading,
evidence based therapy
Soar is on a mission to transform autism therapy through practicing high-quality speech and occupational therapy in a community-based setting. Our team is laser focused on high-quality ESDM, the most evidence-based form of autism therapy for young learners.
- Team members learn and grow their skills in delivering this progressive, developmentally-appropriate therapy.
- Excellence in ESDM practice is rewarded at all levels of the organization—giving team members a clear bar to strive for in their day-to-day learning and work.
Meaningful learning and development
We’re committed to providing meaningful, high-quality learning and development experiences for our staff to not only become excellent SLPs and OTs but also advance their goals.
- Clinicians receive an extra day of PTO for Continuing Education, while Behavior Technicians get certification support.
- SLP Clinical Fellows can start their career at Soar, and we also offer development opportunities for OT fieldwork students.
- Clinicians gain access to pursuing ESDM certification, sponsored by Soar, as they progress through our career steps.
Collaborative learning environment
At Soar, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values learning from one another. Our culture encourages sharing knowledge and experiences, offering regular peer-led workshops and team learning sessions. This collaborative approach ensures a well-rounded development and a deeper understanding of holistic care.
- Engage in true multidisciplinary collaboration on a weekly basis through regular client overlaps and interdisciplinary discussions.
- See the multidisciplinary power of the ESDM in action every day, with each specialty practicing and implementing the same form of therapy within their unique area of expertise.
