  • Clinicians receive an extra day of PTO for Continuing Education, while Behavior Technicians get certification support.

Meaningful learning

Clinician

All clinicians start as Clinicians at Soar. Learn and grow the foundations to being an excellent ESDM practitioner as you start your career with us.

Lead Clinician

Advance your ESDM skills and expertise through additional training, learning, and development.

Senior Lead Clinician

Start the process to become ESDM certified and grow and develop your skills. 

Master Clinician

Finalize your ESDM certification and gain access to additional rewards and benefits for achieving this tremendous milestone.

Specialist Clinician Tracks

Clinicians at the Lead Clinician level and above have opportunities to pursue other leadership and development opportunities, including special projects and roles in training, operations, and specialist areas of focus.
QUALIFICATIONS

Role requirements

Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program

License to practice speech pathology in the state of your chosen center (i.e., Arizona or Colorado)

Preference to SLPs with 2+ years of experience, but also open to new SLPs starting their career as well as SLP Clinical Fellows

Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams, plus experience working with young children

Must have a passion in or interest to learn about the ESDM and practice it on a daily basis

Strong multidisciplinary collaboration skills

A degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or a similar field

Current licensure as a Occupational Therapist
